Flintshire County Council will adopt new byelaws for tattoo and piercing practices - Flintshire Chronicle

At an executive meeting of the county council, the authority agreed to adopt model bylaws provided by the Welsh Assembly piercing, which also cover premises which provide acupuncture, semi permanent skin colouring and electrolysis services. Businesses will now have to register their staff who undertake the procedures, register the premises where the procedures are to be carried out and observe the byelaws relating to the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises, practitioners and equipment.
